- Submit and reconcile expense reports

- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers Providing customer service
- Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
