• Engage clinical and community partners in research
• Market training and technical assistance resources to clinical partners and academic investigators.
• Develop assessment and evaluation tools
• Compile data for progress reports

• Have intermediate to Advance proficiency in English language verbal and written communication
• Good knowledge of use of Excel/SPSS, creating Google docs and other database software and referencing tools
• Writing proposals
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Have good time management skills
• Exhibit high level of integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
• Have good human relations
• Have good communication skills
• Live within Accra
• Be ready to work on weekends occasionally

• First Degree
• Should have a research project to proof
• Should have conducted original research so he/she knows what it involves
