- Provide day-to-day technical support to staff members for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems on various devices.
- Maintain hardware assets, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, by performing routine maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues that cannot be addressed in-house.
- Assist in managing all company IT infrastructure, websites, software tools applications, CRM systems databases, (Kajabi, Slack, Trello, Bitrix, Microsoft Tools) and networking equipment, to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Support the implementation of IT projects by assisting with testing, training, and documentation.
- Monitor and respond to IT service requests and incidents in a timely manner, utilizing IT service management tools.
- Assist to educate employees on best practices for IT usage and security to enhance digital literacy.
- Collaborate team to develop and implement strategies for improving IT support services and processes.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in office coordination and administration.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Digital Coordinator/Lead Operations.
- Perform all other duties, tasks and projects as assigned.
- Must have a bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Possess one (1) - three (3) years of working experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Should have proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including operating systems and productivity applications.
- Possess knowledge of network protocols, systems administration, and IT security best practices.
- Possess strong communication (written and verbal) skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools is beneficial.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
