- Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that aligns with Quao Realty’s tone, audience, and commercial goals
- Oversee the performance of the company website with a focus on user experience, lead capture, and content flow
- Manage paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn with a focus on serious buyers locally and abroad
- Build and manage lead generation and automation funnels that guide prospects from interest to inquiry to conversion
- Track campaign performance using GA4 and other tools and report on insights that inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to align digital marketing activities with the broader customer journey
- Implement and maintain SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and long term brand visibility
- Manage third party vendors and freelancers, ensuring quality output and adherence to deadlines
- Provide guidance on content strategy including newsletters, landing pages, and social media assets
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all digital touchpoints
- A background in luxury real estate, high end design, hospitality, or architecture based brands
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meqasa, Airbnb, Jiji or other regional property listing tools
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Zoho especially with automation workflows
- Understanding of digital buyer journeys particularly for the Ghanaian diaspora and investor market
- At least five years of experience in digital marketing or growth strategy
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics GA4 Meta Business Suite and SEO platforms
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- A clear appreciation for premium brand design and visual storytelling
- A proactive mindset and attention to both big picture outcomes and fine detail
