- Managing budgets: Responsible for managing the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
- Analyzing performance: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to determine their effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with other departments: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- Managing marketing teams: Oversee a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends: Stay abreast of changes in the marketing industry, including new technologies, emerging platforms, and evolving consumer behavior.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the fintech industry
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques
- Experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
