Job SummaryThe Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns and projects across services.This role serves as the primary link between clients and internal teams, ensuring that client objectives are clearly understood, translated into actionable plans, and executed to the highest standards.The successful candidate will drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth, while ensuring seamless coordination across creative, production, and strategy teams.Key Performance Areas·Client Relationship Management·Campaign Delivery & Execution·Revenue Growth & Account Expansion·Project Management & Coordination·Client Satisfaction & Retention·Cross-Functional Collaboration·Leadership & Team DevelopmentKey Responsibilities1. Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and business goals
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients
2. Campaign Delivery & Execution
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including:
  • Brand activations
  • Experiential marketing campaigns
  • Digital and social media campaigns
  • Content and production projects
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
3. Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
  • Support revenue growth within existing client accounts
  • Contribute to achieving team and company revenue targets
  • Assist in developing proposals and pitch presentations
4. Project Management & Coordination
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Address and resolve project challenges proactively
5. Client Satisfaction & Retention
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery
  • Manage client feedback and implement improvements
  • Handle client concerns and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain strong client retention rates
6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work
  • Work closely with creative, strategy, production, PR, and influencer teams
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution
  • Facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign development
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver reports to clients
  • Track budgets, timelines, and key deliverables
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure transparency in reporting and communication
8. Leadership & Team Management
  • Mentor and support junior account team members
  • Provide guidance on client management and project execution
  • Support team development and performance improvement
  • Promote a collaborative and high-performance team culture
