- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs, objectives, and business goals
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including:
- Brand activations
- Experiential marketing campaigns
- Digital and social media campaigns
- Content and production projects
- Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, timelines, and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
- Support revenue growth within existing client accounts
- Contribute to achieving team and company revenue targets
- Assist in developing proposals and pitch presentations
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and work plans
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Address and resolve project challenges proactively
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery
- Manage client feedback and implement improvements
- Handle client concerns and escalate when necessary
- Maintain strong client retention rates
- Work closely with creative, strategy, production, PR, and influencer teams
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal execution
- Facilitate clear communication across all stakeholders
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and campaign development
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver reports to clients
- Track budgets, timelines, and key deliverables
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Ensure transparency in reporting and communication
- Mentor and support junior account team members
- Provide guidance on client management and project execution
- Support team development and performance improvement
- Promote a collaborative and high-performance team culture
