- Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in SOPs and workflow procedures and ensure implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with client and company goals.
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and proactively manage risks and challenges.
- Train team members on products and services, support the development of user guides and training materials, oversee client relationship management, and track quality assurance metrics.
- Ensure effective preparation and execution of work plans in line with contracts and other agreed deliverables.
- Develop and deliver client presentations on project status, market insights, reports, and account updates.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop proposals and close new business opportunities.
- Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including agribusinesses, global partners, cooperatives, and other stakeholders.
- Create visibility on client accounts and establish relevant case studies for marketing and branding purposes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing and prospective clients, with a focus on premium services, professional services, and data & analytics add-ons.
- Support customer acquisition efforts by assessing information and resource requirements at all stages to ensure the organisation achieves the best positioning as a service provider.
- Manage and lead field projects and activities across multiple regions with periodic support for other markets.
- Identify and lead social impact initiatives, including sustainability and compliance-related projects.
- Use data and analytics to track performance and support decision-making.
- A Master's/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, International Development, Economics, or other related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, account management, within the agri-tech or agricultural development sectors.
- Good understanding of agricultural value chains and market dynamics across Africa.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Must be analytical and detail-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), digital tools and technologies.
