- Act as a trusted partner and liaison to the MD, representing the executive office with professionalism, discretion, and sound business judgment.
- Coordinate high-level internal and external meetings, including agenda development, briefing prep, and timely follow-ups.
- Serve as a point of contact between MD and senior clients, investors, board members, and strategic partners, maintaining strong business relationships.
- Represent the MD at select events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings, managing prep, logistics, and post-event actions.
- Support business development initiatives by preparing briefing documents, proposals, presentations, and executive-level communications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to advance strategic projects, track deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Plan and oversee executive-facing events such as roundtables, client workshops, and industry forums.
- Draft, review, and edit executive-level reports, and presentations with a focus on clarity, tone, and strategic messaging.
- Maintain oversight of action items, deadlines, and critical priorities to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
- Handle highly sensitive information with confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
- Oversee expense reporting, vendor communications, and provide light administrative support as needed.
- Manage complex calendars, including executive meetings, strategic engagements and domestic/international travel logistics
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior executives; experience supporting a CEO or C-level leader is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in or exposure to business development, strategic projects, or high-stakes external communications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions proactively.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage sensitive matters discreetly and professionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Teams & SharePoint
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
