Reports to: Manager, EB Sales (SMEs)Job Summary:
- Support in identifying, prospecting, engaging and presenting Enterprise /SME solutions (FTTH, Mobile & Fixed ICT) to both new and existing customers with the objective to sell, up-sell or cross-sell based on agreed targets.
- Prospect for potential customers.
- Identify and sell Enterprise/SME Solutions to these prospects.
- Achieve set sales targets as agreed.
- Cross sell MTN products & services
- Maintain seamless customer experience at all levels of the selling process.
- Make visits to existing SME clients according to weekly/monthly time plans in order to retain them and prevent churn.
- Explore innovative ways to increase demand in the assigned segment.
- A minimum of a relevant degree in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years' relevant sales experience
- In depth knowledge of the market and industry
- Knowledge of the range of the corporate business partners
- Customer Relations Management
