- Assist in managing and maintaining the bank’s ICT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases and user systems
- Provide technical support for all hardware, software and peripheral devices to ensure smooth IT operations
- Support implementing and managing cybersecurity controls, data protection measures and information security policies
- Monitor and maintain network performance, ensure branch connectivity and manage firewall and VPN configurations.
- Support the administration and smooth running of the T24 Core Banking Application and related third-party integrations
- Conduct regular system backups, disaster recovery tests and preventive maintenance routines
- Assist in IT audit processes, ensure compliance with Bank of Ghana IT and cybersecurity directives
- Train staff on IT usage, cybersecurity awareness and best practices
- Provide technical support during new system rollouts, upgrades and digital banking projects
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a rural banking environment
- Familiarity with Bank of Ghana’s cyber and IT guidelines and financial technology systems
- Professional certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, CEH or Microsoft Certified Systems administrator (MCSA) will be added advantage
