The successful candidates must possess relevant experience within the food and beverages sector. They should demonstrate strong customer relationship management skills, leadership abilities, and proven expertise in sales, marketing coordination, prospecting new clients, and enhancing brand awareness.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase product visibility and market share within assigned regions.

Prospect and onboard new customers including retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, and distributors.

Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through excellent service and regular engagement.

Promote and market the company’s food and beverage products to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Conduct market visits to monitor competitors’ activities, gather insights, and identify business opportunities.

Coordinate marketing promotions, product activations, and campaigns to drive brand awareness.

Prepare and submit timely sales reports and updates to management.

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events and customer engagement activities.

Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility at all sales outlets.

Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation.
