• The Finance Officer shall be the head of the College Accounts Office and Chief Accounting Officer and Financial Advisor to the Principal in the administration and management of the college
• The person is also responsible for the preparation of the financial statements is accordance with the laws establishing the college, statutes and applicable accounting standards and regulations approved by the college as well as all either relevant laws and

• The applicant must hold a first degree and postgraduate degree in Finance plus professional qualification in Accounting.
• S/he must served as Deputy Finance Officer in a college of Education or comparable grade in analogous institutions for at least 4 years
