The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, assisting with financial reporting, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.[ad]Job DescriptionAccounting Duties:
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and follow-ups.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
  • Support with payroll preparation and statutory filings.
Administrative Duties:
  • Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain company records and filing systems.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Provide general support to the management and other departments.
  • Assist in HR documentation and employee record management.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
