- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing and follow-ups.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
- Support with payroll preparation and statutory filings.
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain company records and filing systems.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide general support to the management and other departments.
- Assist in HR documentation and employee record management.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
