- Set up agronomic trials for different crops using the compost produced.
- Conduct demonstrations/capacity building exercises on compost application and its benefits with at least 25 farmers.
- Implementing reuse options for the treated effluent from the stabilization ponds to close the water and nutrient loop, i.e., crop irrigation.
- Conduct statistical analyses on datasets and prepare tables and relevant illustrations.
- MSc or MPhil in Agricultural Science, Crop Science, Agronomy or a related field.
- Experience in using compost in agriculture.
- Experience in conducting field trials and statistical analyses.
- Proven ability to work under pressure.
- Ability and willingness to spend time in the field.
- Knowledge of at least one local language in use in Ghana's Eastern region (e.g., Krobo, Ewe, Twi).
- Experience in writing technical reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
