Position SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Officer to manage and maintain Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Business Central ERP systems across all our subsidiaries in Ghana.You will ensure seamless ERP operations, IT infrastructure support, server and network management, security implementation, documentation, and staff training.Key Responsibilities1️⃣ ERP Management (Navision & Business Central)

Ensure proper data procedures for smooth ERP operations.

Administer, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics Navision 2016 and/or Business Central.

Provide technical support, troubleshoot posting issues, and maintain system performance.

Generate reports and support user requirements.

2️⃣ Documentation

Maintain comprehensive user handbooks.

Develop and manage online help resources for data entry users.

3️⃣ Server Maintenance

Monitor and maintain Windows-based servers.

Ensure reliable access to both local and remote servers.

4️⃣ Networking & Infrastructure

Configure and troubleshoot LAN and VPN networks.

Manage routers, switches, and firewalls.

Provide Domain, DNS, hosting, and IT infrastructure support.

5️⃣ Security Management

Collaborate with consultants to develop ERP roles.

Ensure correct implementation of user roles across subsidiaries.

6️⃣ Email Server Administration

Setup, configure, and maintain email servers.

7️⃣ Backup & Storage

Configure and monitor backups for local and cloud-based servers.

8️⃣ Technical Support

Provide software and hardware support (Office, ERP, SQL, printers, scanners, POS systems).

Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and Navision consultants.

9️⃣ Training

Deliver ERP training tailored to employees’ roles and profiles.
