• Design, develop, and implement software solutions to meet institutional needs.
• Maintain and enhance existing software systems to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Conduct software testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to resolve issues efficiently.
• Manage data operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
• Provide end-user support, including training sessions and technical assistance.
• Document software processes, workflows, and technical procedures for future reference.

• Proficiency in PHP, Python, or similar development stacks.
• Experience in software maintenance, debugging, and feature enhancement.
• Strong knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server).

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Capable of documenting technical workflows clearly and concisely.

• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in software development and system maintenance.
• Prior experience working with HRIS, academic platforms, or enterprise systems is a plus.
• Experience with multi-campus or multi-location software support is an advantage.
• Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering user-focused solutions.
• Experience in delivering user training and technical support is desirable.
