Finding workers for the company
The successful employee will source and reach out to workers and ensure they’re a good fit for the company.
Screening and presenting qualified job candidates to the hiring manager
Post jobs to appropriate job boards
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships
Serving as the employee brand ambassador, while externally soliciting candidate referrals
