- Clearly understand and communicate project objectives and goals.
- Organize the needed resources to meet project requirements.
- Owns project-level scope, schedule, and budget.
- Ensure projects adhere to Church process and policy equivalent to the sphere of work.
- Act as project generalist – may be asked to manage a range of project times (e.g. web, mobile, exhibits, etc.).
- Engage when multiple deliverables coalesce into a cohesive whole and end-to-end management is needed.
- Plan and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of content and asset-related projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with creative, marketing, and digital teams to fulfill content needs for campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Maintain and organize the digital asset management (DAM) system to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of marketing content.
- Monitor asset usage to ensure compliance with licensing, brand, and copyright requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns with the necessary visuals, copy, and multimedia content.
- Contribute to marketing strategies by analyzing asset performance and identifying content gaps.
- Ensure all content is reviewed, approved, and aligned with brand identity and messaging standards.
- Recommend improvements to content workflows and asset organization for better efficiency.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of content and asset projects.
- Track and report on project milestones, asset usage, and content effectiveness.
- Gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, asset management tools, and content strategy.
- Participate in professional development initiatives to enhance project management and business skills.
- A valid national ID/passport.
- An active bank account (for salary processing).
- A registered social security number.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Project Management, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field (preferably project management or project coordination).
- Manage scope, schedule, and budget of projects that are typically of low complexity, with a low number of deliverables in few languages.
- Proficiency with digital asset management systems and project management tools.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Manage and communicate with cross-functional team members.
- Actively pursuing PMP Certification or other project management certifications recognized in specific industries.
- Experience in content production or marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, or other Microsoft Suites systems.
- Project management and multitasking ability.
- Knowledge of marketing workflows and content lifecycle.
- Analytical skills for tracking asset usage and content performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Willingness to learn and expand marketing and business expertise.
