- Assist with employee orientation and training logistics.
- Maintain office systems and provide day-to-day administrative support.
- Support performance evaluation processes and documentation.
- Aid in organising HR events and internal communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- Should be earning an undergraduate degree by September 2025
