- The successful candidate will join our team as the Lead for Commercial Marketing and Business Operations in the AT Business Department.
- (S)He will report to the Director, Products and Commercial Marketing and will be responsible for developing and managing broad-based B2B marketing and communication programs. In addition, the role holder will implement sales operations support, drive business growth, and provide essential administrative and back-office support to ensure seamless business operations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve B2B market share and NPS growth.
- Manage marketing campaigns, lead generation, and sales collateral.
- Coordinate marketing communications and branding.
- Develop digital innovation programs for customers and products
- Manage AT Business website and digital channels.
- Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to enhance sales efficiency.
- Analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate and offer administrative support to sales teams to manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Ensure accurate sales data management in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and address sales obstacles.
- Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including correspondence, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Provide secretarial support to AT Business
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Manage and track departmental budgets, expenses, and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales , products, commercial performance, customer service, marketing, legal, technology, IT) to align marketing and sales strategies.
- Provide operational performance data to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with telecommunications license provisions, sector regulations, and competition laws.
