Key Responsibilities
  • Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems. (ERP/Excel)
  • Maintain accurate and update-to-date financial records.
  • Process Invoice, Payment and Receipts.
  • Perform regular banks reconciliation.
  • Assist in tax computation and filing.
  • Assist in payroll administration.
  • Writing of cheques
  • Manage Suppliers and Clients Accounts.
  • Support management with financial analysis and insights.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
Any other related job that may be assigned from time to time.
