- Member of the core operations team, with primary responsibility to support the CEO.
- Oversee general office operations and procedures.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate maintenance of facilities and equipment.
- Primary contact and liaising with vendors and service providers.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist with budgeting and bookkeeping.
- Supervise the work of on-site caretaker.
- Serve as a point of contact for office-related inquiries from staff and external parties.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, and ensure records are up to date.
