Job Vacancy For Quality Engineer

• The Quality Engineer will be responsible for performing inspection of incoming products, materials or customer items according to job order and analyse the findings for discrepancy.
• S/he will also supervise the performance of non-destructive test or hardness test (when required) and analyse findings and raise reports where necessary as per projects specification. The QA/AC role reports to the Site Agent.

• Perform initial inspection and raise report
• Perform in-process inspection according to procedures and customer's specifications
• Perform final inspection of items including dimensional, NDT and hardness to ensure that all quality requirements or API specifications have been achieved
• Analyse results and decide the acceptance level of the final product
• Raise non-conformance and other reports and submit to immediate supervisor
• Prepare test procedure whenever needed

• Must have a proven experience as Quality/Control Engineer for a minimum of 8 years
• Competency in the use of construction laboratory instruments and the analysis and interpretation of quality tests data and information
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and standards OSHE guidelines
• Must have track record of good leadership skills and be able to effectively supervise subordinates
• Ability to communicate and report effectively using appropriate ICT channels
• Fluency in written and spoken French is added advantage
