- Lead teams of sales agents to prospect and sell life insurance products to clients.
- Recruit, Train, retain and motivate life insurance sales agents to achieve and exceed branch targets.
- Prepare accurate weekly, monthly reports on target performance for management.
- Ability to work towards achieving set goals and targets
- Any other duties assigned by operational head.
- Degree/HND or Advanced Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- Two or more years working experience in a similar capacity
- Great selling skills
- Computer Literate
- Must be arithmetically inclined
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in life insurance sales is an added advantage
- Applicants must live PREFERABLY in and around Tema, Ashaiman, Teshie, Nungua, Prampram, Dawhenya, Afienya or Labadi.
