Job Vacancy For Artisans – Electrical and PlumbingHalcom Management Services are looking for dynamic, customer-focussed personnel for a new state of the art hospital facility in Accra, Ghana scheduled to open in the second quarter 2021.Facilities and services provided include emergency unit, surgical, medical, paediatric and maternity wards, cath lab, urology, renal, ophthalmology, theatres, radiology, pathology, physiotherapy, pharmacy and diet therapy.Job Title: Artisans - Electrical and PlumbingSUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

suitably qualified, customer-orientated person to provide timeous, efficient response to requests for maintenance. Must provide an efficient and detailed preventative maintenance programme and keep accurate records of all maintenance completed

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Undertake daily maintenance tasks as scheduled by Facilities Manager, diligently and paying attention to detail
Keep accurate records of maintenance completed

Qualification Required & Experience

WASSCE/SSCE or equivalent
Must be in possession of a suitable qualification, be registered with the relevant authority and should have at least 2 years' artisan experience
2 years' experience as a handyman/artisan in a healthcare setting
Self-motivated and able to work alone
Good communication and interpersonal skills
