Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and efficient Electrical Supervisor to join our team. Strong technical expertise and a detail-oriented approach are key to this job role. Apart from possessing these skills, you should also display sound management skills.You will be supervising on-site operations and reporting to the Manager in-charge. Moreover, you should hold strong administrative skills to conduct clerical activities such as preparing reports. Supervising and motivating team members
Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of electrical equipment
Maintaining safety standards and adhering to electrical codes
Providing help in installing electrical systems, fire alarm systems, CCTV and low voltage
Troubleshooting and repairing electrical issues/malfunctions as and when required
Reviewing work procedures and suggesting improvement measures
Monitoring inventory purchases
Coordinating with on-site personnel to ensure proper workflow

[ad]Required Skills or Experience

Proven work experience in the Electrical department or any MEP company
Familiarity with the electrical system, tools, and equipment like fuses and wires
Basic computer skills, CCTV and FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Displaying leadership qualities
An eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot issues
Knowledge of safety and industry standards
Highly motivated
Analytical and decision-making skills
Possessing sound technical knowledge
