- Develop and implement the company's sales target achievement strategies
- Generate leads and ensure growth of the company's business portfolio
- Lead the company's brand activation and marketing drive with expected positive impact on sales and brand visibility
- Maintain excellent communication and relationship with all policyholders and policy beneficiaries
- Supervision of the company's customer call center
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer delight
- Liaison between company and brokers registered with the scheme
- Acquisition of new businesses through brokers by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market
- Expand the company's broker network
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with insurance brokers and direct clients
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in related field from an accredited university. Master's Degree and/or Professional qualification will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years work experience in the health insurance industry or any other related industry
- Experience with broker relations
- Experience with clients relationship management
- Attention to details
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- A valid driving license
- Ability to work under pressure and take initiatives for the role
- Proficiency in analytics and micro soft office suit software
