- Assist in identifying potential clients through online research and outreach.
- Support the sales team with proposals, client communication, and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM tools.
- Participate in sales calls or meetings as needed.
- Collect feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Implement digital marketing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email.
- Support content creation for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Monitor digital campaigns and report on performance using analytics tools.
- Assist in basic SEO tasks like keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams on campaign delivery.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or digital marketing (internships are acceptable).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools like Canva, Mailchimp, or Meta Business Suite.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and marketing tools like Google Analytics or Google Ads (a plus).
- Creativity and a passion for digital trends and customer engagement.
- Team player with good organizational skills.
