Church Relations & Resource Mobilisation Manager by Bible Society of Ghana

• To establish and maintain cordial relations between BSG, the church and other stakeholders to support Bible work

• Engage and build fruitful relationship with Heads of churches, para-church organisations, christian business leaders and relevant government officials to court their support and participation in their bible ministry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with volunteers, BSG church representatives and BAM clubs
• Coordinate the celebration of Bible week across all denominations
• Ensure effective identification, training and coordination of volunteers and BSG church representations (BCG) for various BSG church related BSG activities and programs
• Coordinate local council or churches and strengthen their operations regarding BSG
• Ensure that the Bible society of Ghana becomes the christian organisation with the largest following in Ghana

• A 1st Degree from a recognised University and in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 15 years work experience, 8 years must be in a managerial position
• Must be a go-getter and results oriented
• A second Degree will be an added advantage
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain a network of potential donors and supporters
• Ability to plan, coordinate and manage self and team to deliver results
• Must have a strong problem-solving, analytical, organisational, interpersonal and team working skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other applications
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Confidentiality and integrity being truthful, trustworthy and reliable
