The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for increasing job portal visibility, managing relationships with employers and job seekers, and generating leads for paid services. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also drive the company's digital marketing strategy by conducting comprehensive job research, posting job listings, and developing engaging content across multiple platforms.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to find job openings that align with our portal’s focus.
  • Post job listings on the company's job portal accurately and on time.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing job flyers for each job posting.
  • Share job flyers and postings across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with hiring companies to gain their consent to post their job openings on our portal.
  • Act as the main point of contact for companies regarding job postings and related inquiries.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with job seekers to gain their consent to update their details on our portal.
  • Act as the main point of contact for job seekers who are job hunting and related inquiries.
  • Ensure, develop and execute strategies to drive traffic to our job portal.
  • Monitor website analytics and user engagement metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Interact with users on the job portal, addressing their inquiries and providing support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and recruitment.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives.
  • Ensure accountability by submitting timely reports to management (weekly and monthly).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to digital marketing.
  • A strategic mindset for generating leads in relation to our services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
