Job Vacancy For Programme Officer – WashSummary of Duties and Responsibilities

Undertake project management with partners
Undertake field level activities of projects in the Ahafo Region
Support to undertake research and studies
Support learning and knowledge management at the district and regional level - District and Regional Learning Alliance Platforms
Submit quality and timely reports on project implementation
Support business development and fundraising
Submit quality and timely reports for the IRC reporting
Manage the District Hub office

Qualification Required & Experience

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of relevant professional experience, an additional qualification will be an added advantage
Good basic knowledge and understanding of the main concepts and trends in the water, sanitation and hygience (Wash) sector
Relevant experience of research (Design, data analysis and report writing) and policy analysis
Demonstrate experience learning and knowledge management and networking
Proven field work coordination experience
Fluent in English and preferable one local language and good writing skills
Willing to work in a district and travel nationally and internationally
Experience in working in a district is an added advantage
Understanding of project management will be an added advantage

Contract PeriodThe candidate will initially be oferred a one-year contract with six-months probation period.
