  • Provide expert technical service and maintenance for underground equipment.
  • Support the commissioning of new machinery and ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct training programs for operators and technicians to build their skills.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Advocate for safety compliance and environmental protection measures.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers to drive exceptional service.
  • Perform equipment audits and communicate findings with customers.

Your Qualifications:
  • Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent oral and written communication abilities, with proficiency in report writing.
  • Commitment to safety compliance and understanding of reliability requirements.
