- Promote and sell Esoko’s digital services—such as mobile advisory, farmer data management, and digital extension tools—to organizations including NGOs, government agencies, and agribusinesses.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and nurture partnerships with institutional clients.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demos tailored to the client’s needs and context.
- Manage all stages of the client engagement process—from outreach and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to increase visibility and generate interest in Esoko’s solutions.
- Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, and WhatsApp Business to reach target audiences.
- Apply AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, HubSpot) to create and automate personalized campaigns.
- Develop clear, persuasive marketing content, including proposals, pitch decks, email campaigns, and case studies.
- Translate technical product features into easy-to-understand benefits for different client segments.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication and engagement platforms.
- Monitor the performance of digital campaigns and client acquisition efforts using analytics and CRM tools.
- Generate reports with actionable insights to guide sales and marketing strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to the leadership team for decision-making.
- Track the performance of the sales and marketing activities on shared worksheet
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, ICT, or related discipline.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in sales, client engagement, or digital marketing.
- Experience working with institutional partners such asdevelopment organizations, Agritech companies, government agencies, or large businesses.
- Proficiency in digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta Suite, Mailchimp, and CRMs.
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills—comfortable delivering demos and proposals to professional and executive audiences.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with an ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Previous experience in agriculture, Agritech, rural development, or working with donor-funded programs.
- Familiarity with digital advisory tools or platforms designed for underserved communities.
- Certification in digital marketing or use of AI marketing platforms.
