- Develop strategies and plan long-term financial goals
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Preparation of monthly prudential returns
- Monitor financial details to ensure that legal requirement are met
- Oversee all accounting processes
- Review financial reports and seek ways to reduce cost
- A good first degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics from a recognized institution
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in a Banking environment at a managerial level
- Masters Degree and/or a member of a Professional Accounting body will be an added advantage
- Strong communication and people skills including presentation skills
- Knowledge in Temenos 24 and other applications
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Demonstration f creativity and business acumen
- Excellent administrative and supervision skills
- Good team player
