Job Title: Project Manager – rPET & NGO Fund ManagementLocation: GhanaWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate) projects in Ghana. The ideal candidate will have a background in managing donor-funded initiatives and working with NGOs in the recycling or circular economy space.Key Responsibilities:

Manage planning, implementation, and reporting of rPET projects.

Build partnerships with NGOs, donors, suppliers, and government bodies.

Oversee budgets, grants, and compliance for donor-funded activities.

Support rPET supply chain development (collection, sorting, processing).

Deliver training, manage procurement, and ensure timely project milestones.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

2+ years of project management experience, preferably in recycling or waste management.

Experience with rPET and donor-funded projects (e.g., GIZ, USAID, UNDP)

Strong financial, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
