Job Vacancy For Assistant Site AgentA reputable building, civil and mining construction company operating in Ghana invites interested and qualified applicants to apply for the following position: Assistant Site AgentThe Assistant Site Agent assists in Project Operations and the coordination of all project activity at site and reports to site agent.Key Responsibilities

Assists in the setting and maintenance of work sequences and construction programmes at profit
Monitors production targets and recommends relevant action within prescribed cost budgets
Under the instruction of the site agent, co-ordinates and controls the activities of site staff and enforces quality standards set out in contract
Submits monthly revenue certificates and cost estimates as instructed

Qualification required & experience

Must have a proven experience as Site Agent/Project Manager for a minimum of 5 years
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and standards OSHE guidelines
Must have track record of good leadership skills and be able to drive production on schedule
Experience in managing unioned workers and understanding of labour laws is a plus
Ability to communicate and report effectively using appropriate ICT channels
Fluency in written and spoken french is added advantage
