ZSV Ghana operates Ghana Verified, a business-management platform that helps SMEs grow with transparency and efficiency. We’re expanding nationwide and seeking a results-driven Part-Time Account Manager to onboard new users and nurture long-term relationships.Job Summary
You’ll drive growth for Ghana Verified by prospecting SMEs, demonstrating the platform’s value, and guiding new users through onboarding—while maintaining strong, trust-based relationships.Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and target SMEs and other potential users.
- User Onboarding: Present, demo, and guide prospects through signup and first use.
- Relationship Building: Ensure satisfaction and retention with regular check-ins.
- Market Research: Collect feedback and track trends to inform product/marketing.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition and retention targets.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product on tailored campaigns.
- Reporting: Share regular pipeline and performance updates with management.
- Experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Knowledge of Ghana’s SME landscape is a plus.
- Able to work independently and hit goals on a part-time schedule.
- Compensation: GHS 300 per month, plus commission.
