- Continue to develop expertise in machines, attachments, financing and point-of-sale customer value agreements
- Recommend Mantrac solutions to improve cost-per-hour, productivity and profitability, and demonstrate superior customer value
- Manage an account base primarily by using the telephone, email and text. And maintain a disciplined call campaign, quality accounts, update the customer’s contact information, develop the relationship, an uncover opportunities for Mantrac solutions
- Strongly encourage Mantrac participation in their next machine purchase
- Meet, greet and engage walk-in unassigned prospects and his or her account base at the assigned coverage list. Provide a superior retail experience at the dealership
- Conduct or arrange demonstrations of machines and attachments to interested potential customers
- Complete 120 successful customer calls per week
- Monitor and report all pertinent market information relative to competitive activity, customer information and product performance
- Achieve the planned annual rate of call (PAR) for each customer
- Ensures all transactions are carried out in accordance with sales policy
- Meet assigned revenue goals
- A minimum of a good first degree in Mechanical Engineering will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent IT skills
- People skills and problem-solving skills
- A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in telephone sales job
- At least 2 years experience in the industry (Heavy equipment sales & marketing)
