Alliance Française d'Accra is looking for a dynamic and organized Administrative Secretary to support its daily operations. The role involves a wide range of administrative and secretarial tasks aimed at improving office workflow and ensuring professional communication.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a liaison between the company secretary and management
Maintain up-to-date records of members, volunteers, and partners
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and emails
Answer and redirect phone calls
Organize travel and logistics
Arrange meetings and take minutes
File and archive documents and records
Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence
Maintain employee, client, and partner files
Assist in preparing regular reports
Manage the management team's schedule
Monitor office supplies and place orders
Provide backup support at the reception
Perform other duties as assigned by managementQualifications and Requirements:BTS in Secretarial Studies
At least 2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
Strong organizational and time-management skills
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and internet use
Ability to build good relationships over the phone and in person
