- Fill out detailed maintenance and technical reports.
- Communicate effectively with both customers and the brand to resolve issues.
- Manage the service center operations, including device reception, issue reporting, problem-solving, and customer communication.
- Lead and manage the technicians' team.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the servicing team.
- Demonstrate a passion for the job and a commitment to expanding knowledge.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in servicing and maintenance of cleaning devices.
- Strong technical skills and ability to fill out maintenance and technical reports accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and the brand.
- Proven ability to manage a service center and a team of technicians.
