Manage and update social media profiles, including content creation and scheduling
Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement
Stay informed about social media trends and best practices
Collaborate with the marketing team on social media campaigns

Qualification Required & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
Experience in managing social media platforms for brands is plus
Strong writing and creative skills
Knowledge of social media analytics tools
Ability to think creatively and engage with online communities
