- Actively promote and sell COA's range of herbal medicine products to customers through various sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the benefits and uses of our products.
- Identify and target potential customers in assigned territories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including market insights and customer feedback, to the Sales Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position COA's products in the market.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, or herbal medicine industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of herbal medicine and its benefits is an advantage, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
