- Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of outsourced agents responsible for generating loan applications and disbursements.
- Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure agents are equipped with product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Set performance targets and implement incentive structures to drive agent productivity.
- Monitor agent performance, provide feedback, and take corrective actions to maintain high standards.
- Recruit and establish a lean field sales team to execute promotional activities and generate loan disbursements.
- Design and implement field sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
- Supervise field operations to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of goals.
- Develop and implement sales plans aligned with the company’s goals and market potential.
- Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase loan disbursements.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including loan disbursements, agent contributions, and field sales effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Establishing and managing an effective agent network to achieve loan disbursement targets.
- Setting up and leading a lean field sales team to execute promotional activities and drive loan growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in financial services, or banking sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing agents and field sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of the credit market and loan products is an advantage.
