The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategic initiatives to establish a robust network of outsourced agents and build a high-performing lean field sales team. This role requires strong leadership skills, and a results-driven approach to build and manage an on-ground agents network.[ad]Agent Network Development

Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of outsourced agents responsible for generating loan applications and disbursements.
Develop training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure agents are equipped with product knowledge and sales strategies.
Set performance targets and implement incentive structures to drive agent productivity.
Monitor agent performance, provide feedback, and take corrective actions to maintain high standards.

Field Sales Team Management

Recruit and establish a lean field sales team to execute promotional activities and generate loan disbursements.
Design and implement field sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s product knowledge and sales skills.
Supervise field operations to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of goals.

Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement sales plans aligned with the company’s goals and market potential.
Analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies to increase loan disbursements.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

Monitor sales performance metrics, including loan disbursements, agent contributions, and field sales effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports and present insights to senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Establishing and managing an effective agent network to achieve loan disbursement targets.
Setting up and leading a lean field sales team to execute promotional activities and drive loan growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in financial services, or banking sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing agents and field sales teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
Goal-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of the credit market and loan products is an advantage.
