JOB PURPOSETo provide operational support to ensure the effective delivery of servicesDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations for the effective function of the unit.
  • Design, implement, maintain, and periodically review an efficient and effective records management system.
  • Collate periodic reports of the NDPC
  • Draft correspondences, memoranda, and other documents.
  • Prepare and organize work schedules in line with specified responsibilities
  • Organize and service meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain security and confidentiality of documents in the office.
  • Handle all official mails in line with laid-down procedures.
  • Record proceedings of meetings and ensure minuted letters and memos are recorded and transmitted to action officers.
  • Receive and direct visitors to the Commission.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of unit or Chief Manager.
[ad]Qualification Required & Experience
  • Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, IT or relevant field from a recognized Tertiary Institution
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years post qualification working experience.
  • Pass a competitive selection interview conducted by PSC in consultation with the Commission.
  • Knowledge of human resources, management, procurement, supply chain management, information technology and systems as applicable.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and an understanding of systems management.
  • Knowledge in ICT including Microsoft Office suite and statistical analysis softwares.
