- Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative operations of the college.
- Prepare, translate, and distribute documents in both English and French (e.g., memos, academic calendars, notices).
- Assist in the registration and enrolment process for Francophone students learning English.
- Maintain accurate records of student data, academic progress, and correspondence.
- Liaise with faculty and support staff to ensure smooth delivery of academic programs.
- Serve as the primary contact for Francophone students needing support in understanding English documents or navigating academic requirements.
- Provide bilingual orientation and onboarding sessions for new students.
- Offer guidance on college policies, procedures, and academic expectations.
- Support students in resolving administrative issues and accessing resources.
- Translate internal and external communications between English and French as needed.
- Draft bilingual promotional content, emails, newsletters, and announcements.
- Ensure all communication materials are culturally and linguistically appropriate.
- Use social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter) to promote the college and its English programs to Francophone audiences.
- Design and schedule posts that highlight student success stories, upcoming intakes, and program benefits.
- Engage with followers in both English and French to respond to enquiries and build online community.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns for recruitment.
- Participate in outreach and recruitment activities targeting Francophone communities (locally and internationally).
- Respond to enquiries from prospective students and parents in French or English.
- Support virtual and in-person open days, education fairs, and promotional events.
- Follow up with leads to encourage application and registration.
- Represent the college at relevant meetings, workshops, and seminars-particularly those targeting French-speaking partners.
- Assist in building partnerships with Francophone institutions, embassies, and agencies.
- Assist in organizing student activities, language immersion programs, and cultural events.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation for management or external stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors to enhance the college’s operations and student experience.
- Must have B.Ed/BA/ Diploma in French with 1-5 years teaching experience.
- Must be residing around Teshie, Nungua, Sakumonor environs.
