- Provide administrative support to Senior Manager, Sustainability
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Handle email and phone correspondence, responding to routine inquiries.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Anticipate and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient use of Senior Manager's time.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
- Tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree) in Business Administration, Communication, Social Sciences, Human Resources, Development Studies, Agriculture or a related field.
- 1-3 years working experience within the mining industry or similar environment.
- Proficient in microsoft office tools.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Organisational abilities and people management skills.
- Must pay attention to details.
- Must be able to drive Light Vehicles with a valid Ghanaian Driving License.
- Good human relations.
