The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for digital marketing efforts to increase and manage sales of business products/services and customer acquisition. The post-holder will support the marketing process, from identifying target customers to developing digital marketing campaigns and nurturing client relationships. The role complements the broader marketing and business development efforts of the company.[ad]KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Manage multi-channel digital campaigns including SEO, PPC, email/SMS marketing, and social media.
  • Support planning and introduction paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Work closely with the business development team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure optimisation of the company website for lead conversion and user experience using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and manage a content calendar for blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
  • Create engaging and informative content tailored to the target audience and monitor key performance metrics for digital campaigns.
  • Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets
  • Create and edit short-form video content for social media, ads, and digital campaigns using video editing tools
  • Manage, grow , monitor and report on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
  • Responsible for monitoring online reviews and social media mentions to manage brand reputation.
  • Regularly engage with customers through digital channels to enhance customer satisfaction
Required Skills or Experience
  • Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3- 5 years working experience required in business development or digital marketing roles
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies with high proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Web Analytics, social media and digital marketing skills
  • Ability to create compelling visuals using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, CapCut, or similar
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Proactive and with an ability to take initiative
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High integrity and confidentiality are very key in this role
  • Ability to work well with people is essential.
