- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage multi-channel digital campaigns including SEO, PPC, email/SMS marketing, and social media.
- Support planning and introduction paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Work closely with the business development team to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Ensure optimisation of the company website for lead conversion and user experience using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and manage a content calendar for blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
- Create engaging and informative content tailored to the target audience and monitor key performance metrics for digital campaigns.
- Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital assets
- Create and edit short-form video content for social media, ads, and digital campaigns using video editing tools
- Manage, grow , monitor and report on social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
- Responsible for monitoring online reviews and social media mentions to manage brand reputation.
- Regularly engage with customers through digital channels to enhance customer satisfaction
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3- 5 years working experience required in business development or digital marketing roles
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies with high proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Web Analytics, social media and digital marketing skills
- Ability to create compelling visuals using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, CapCut, or similar
- Experience with lead generation and prospect management
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent time management
- Proactive and with an ability to take initiative
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High integrity and confidentiality are very key in this role
