We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop sales
strategies, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, team
leadership, and customer relationship management. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent
communication skills, and the ability to execute plans effectively in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the
customer base.
2) Identify new business opportunities and key markets to increase sales and profitability.
3) Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
4) Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and prepare regular reports for senior
management.
5) Participate in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer presentations.
6) Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
