- Work closely with farmers and agricultural stakeholders to improve agricultural productivity.
- Conduct field trials and research to evaluate new crop varieties and farming techniques.
- Prepare reports and present findings to management and clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Soil Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in agronomy or agricultural advisory services.
- Strong knowledge of crop production systems, soil fertility, and pest management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with farming communities.
- Proficiency in agricultural data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork when required.
