Stores Officer - Kharis Management Consult Limited

• Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, and returned.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
• Implement and enforce controls to prevent theft, damage, or loss of inventory.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for timely stock replenishment.
• Maintain proper storage conditions to ensure the quality and shelf life of products.
• Generate regular inventory reports for management review.

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in inventory or store management, preferably in the agricultural or manufacturing sector.
• Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
