- Maintain accurate records of all stock received, issued, and returned.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies promptly.
- Implement and enforce controls to prevent theft, damage, or loss of inventory.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely stock replenishment.
- Maintain proper storage conditions to ensure the quality and shelf life of products.
- Generate regular inventory reports for management review.
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years’ experience in inventory or store management, preferably in the agricultural or manufacturing sector.
- Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Integrity and strong work ethics.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
